ForgeOn™ Solar Mounting Solutions

Engineered solar mounting structures built for 25–30 years of lifespan.

Manufactured with Tata Steel Colors ZINCALUME® & ZALCOAT™ alloy steel. Validated with QR-code traceability, engineered for 150–250 km/h winds as per project requirements, and delivered with compact, damage-free packaging across India.

Why ForgeOn

Four core pillars behind every structure.

Select a pillar — the matching detail lights up on the structure.

About ForgeOn

Panels last 25 years. Your structure should too.

ForgeOn is a specialised solar structural solutions brand, operating in strategic alliance with Tata Steel Colors and utilising their trusted ILIOS® Solar Module Mounting Solutions platform.

Solar PV panels carry 25-year performance warranties, yet conventional structures from unorganised local fabricators often rust and fail within 5 to 7 years. ForgeOn bridges that gap with precision-engineered, cold-rolled Zn-Al-Zn alloy coated steel structures that deliver structural strength for the full 25 to 30 years of plant life.

Engineering excellence

Zn-Al-Zn metallurgy vs. standard galvanising.

Up to 4×

Better corrosion protection

The aluminium barrier shields against atmospheric moisture and chemicals, while zinc provides sacrificial protection.

Self-healing

Protected cut edges

Zinc-aluminium ions migrate over cut edges and punched slots to prevent edge corrosion.

15–25%

Steel weight optimisation

High yield strength (G550) allows lighter sections with superior strength, reducing structural tonnage per MW.

Sample material verification QR code

Digital QR-code material verification

Scan the bundle. See the steel.

Every structure bundle carries a QR code. On-site engineers scan it to instantly view Mill Test Certificates (MTC), steel grade certification, coating mass and approved drawings — preventing unbranded steel substitution.
